  • Value between SAR 3M and 50M

    The ideal range is between SAR 5M and 20M.

  • Strategic location

    In major cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, Dubai, Abu Dhabi.

  • Expected rental yield of 6% or more

    From current rent or a documented feasibility study. Yield is expected, not guaranteed.

  • A clear ownership deed

    Eligible for fractionalisation and free of mortgage or legal dispute.

  • Shariah-compliant activities

    Prohibited activities are excluded from tenants.
